Meet the Conn Family
Pastor Lyndon and Amy Conn have started 3 Churches over the last 11 years, and are presently working with a Church in Redding, California. With their 4 children, they have committed themselves to the work of Christ through preaching, teaching, and raising their children to become men and women of God. Pastor Lyndon has written several biblical studies, some of which are posted on this site; as well as one book, "Faith Without Works", and a second book on the doctrinal teachings of the early Church, as compared to present day teachings, called "The Early Church and modern day teachings" - "historical evidence of what the Bible really teaches", which will soon be printed and available from this site. Other books that have been in the making for some time now are "The Spirit of Babylon", having to do with last days influences that keep Christians down spiritually, and "Balance and Extremes", which discusses the many imbalances of teaches within the Church, and the extremes that so many go to. Then another book that is almost finished is called "Highlights of the Pre-Wrath Rapture", which is also available on this site. Sister Amy also is working on her book, which does not yet have a title. It is her life story, which is a tear jerker! It is being written in novel format, but contains real stories of her life of abuse. Keep your eyes open for this book. It will be a must for all who seek inner healing or wish to read the testimony of one who has been gloriously set free by the power of God. It is a story of healing, forgiveness, and total victory through Christ. Pastor Lyndon is also a song writer and musician. One Praise and Worship CD has been recorded and is available from this site. Unfortunately, the recording was being mixed and accomplished through a computer system while pastoring in Boise, Idaho; and while moving to Port Huron it was reported that there was a computer crash, and there was no back-up. We were blessed to have had what was done up to that point on CD, even though it could not be used to continue where we left off. Even though this CD is not the quality that we hoped for, and some songs did not get finished at all; this recording contains enough on it to give a very good sample of each song. With 15 songs total, with words and chords for transparency and musicians, this is a good way to get new songs for your Church. Every song is original, and many have proven to benefit praise and worship services. It is our hope and prayer that many will be blessed by them. Over the last 18 years Pastor Lyndon has had the opportunity to lead 2 Christian bands in the ministry of reaching out to the lost through music. Some of the songs are rock and roll, while many are contemporary and uplifting or challenging solos. Every song has a bold message to both the unsaved and the saved about Jesus. With all original songs, it is our hope to one day soon record these songs and make them available. Please pray with us for this open door, as we have patiently waited for it for many years. In God's time we will be able to make it available on this site.
